With 21 million of us holding £107.5bn in Premium Bonds, they are the nation's most popular savings product. However, 43% of the Bonds are owned by just 4.3% of the holders and almost 16m savers have never won a prize. James spoke to This Is Money about whether savers should still consider putting their money in Premium Bonds
